5:04 a.m.
i just spilled artificially flavored beverage all over myself and much of the kitchen.
it was so much more remarkable than that, though, and totally worthy of a description more appropriately dramatic than the word "spill". i opened my tampico tropical punch juice pouch thing and went to set it down on the counter. i apparently had some sort of maladroit attack and faster than you can say "bursting with fruit flavor," there was a spectacular shower of 1% fruit juice and high fructose corn syrup. the stuff got on my back from a juice pouch held at arm's length in front of me, for fuck's sake.
holy shit, i'm bored.
i thought i'd peel myself away from my newest addiction long enough to restore my HP/MP.
...
i mean sleep. long enough to sleep.
i think it was still wednesday when i sat down to play warcraft. before i knew it, a caravan of undead had burned my encampment to the ground before reinforcements could arrive. i decided that was a good point to break from the game. not only was i discouraged by the defeat (and by the way my pitiful 8 meg video card was handling things), but apparently it was also 4am and i had missed a few messages from actual people who had been trying to get a hold of me hours before.
i want a pda phone. i don't need a pda phone, but goddamnit if i don't want one. specifically, i want the treo 600, but with what i make at my job, i can't afford even the most mistreated 600 on the ebay block.
it's a good thing i'm not rich. i have a terrible weakness for technology that i really don't need at all. i was actually looking at a cold heat soldering iron earlier. it heats up to 800 degrees almost instantly and cools down to room temperature in about three seconds. it's a fucking soldering iron. i DON'T SOLDER STUFF! do you know what i'd do with that thing? i would light cigarettes with it and dare people to touch it right after i've turned it off.
or i'd stab it into the palm of my hand and scream bloody murder to scare people.
well, i see this entry just getting less and less lucid after this point, so i think i'll just cut and run, now.
